Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

• Option 1:8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Part-Time)
• Option 2:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full Days)

(Schedule flexibility available - final schedule decided with the Property Manager)

Key Duties:

• Diagnose and perform repairs, includingHVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and exterior structures.
• Completemake-ready/unit turnswithin required timelines.
• Respond promptly and professionally to assigned work orders.
• Performlight trash removaland maintain the cleanliness of grounds and amenities (common areas, fitness center, dog park, pool/hot tub, etc.).
• Conduct property and building inspections, reporting safety or maintenance concerns to management.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance as needed.
• Assist with vendor coordination, scheduling, and bidding when required.
• Accurately maintain key control systems.
• Apply preventative maintenance measures to reduce future issues.
• Participate in required company training.
• Performsnow removalas applicable.
• Maintain regular onsite attendance and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Strong skills inpainting, drywall repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable attendance is essential
