Hours: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Salary: $50,000 per year.

Qualifications: commercial insurance experience, familiarity with the quoting and binding process of commercial insurance policies, and excellent communication skills.

Commercial Underwriter Basic Duties:

• Develop and implement a marketing plan to cultivate new and renewed business.
• Evaluate, classify, and rate each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing.
• Provide clients with exemplary customer service.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carriers and serve as a point of contact.
• Service insurance policies by answering questions or requests from clients and carriers
