This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead advanced AI engagements, define AI strategies, deliver complex programs, and contribute to the expansion of enterprise AI consulting capabilities. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in driving technology-led transformation initiatives across multiple industry sectors within the U.S. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategies, delivery roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
- Lead the design, delivery, and oversight of scalable, production-grade AI and machine learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Facilitate AI visioning sessions and strategy workshops to help organizations define future-state capabilities and execution paths.
- Translate complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements into actionable AI solutions, architectures, and delivery plans.
- Advise on AI operating models, governance frameworks, and responsible AI practices, including ethical and regulatory considerations.
- Oversee the development of architecture and design documentation while managing downstream delivery impacts.
- Support the growth of internal AI capabilities through mentorship, coaching, and contribution to practice development initiatives.
Typical Engagements
- Leading end-to-end AI/ML engagements across discovery, design, build, deployment, monitoring, and optimization phases.
- Overseeing the design and development of AI solutions across infrastructure, data, model development, deployment, and application layers.
- Evaluating and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and other AI capabilities to meet client-specific needs.
- Supporting clients in scaling AI initiatives through MLOps automation, data readiness, and cloud modernization (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Driving stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams to ensure delivery focus on measurable value creation.
- Guiding organizations through AI readiness assessments, including technology, operating model, talent, and infrastructure evaluations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting or industry roles with a strong focus on Data, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Proven ability to advise clients while remaining hands-on in technical solution design and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML delivery planning and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in AI solution architecture across infrastructure, data, model development, deployment, and application layers.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python and/or R.
- Experience advising on AI governance, operating models, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical delivery to business strategy and outcomes.
