Why This Role Is Critical The Principal Program Manager - Nuclear Power Plant Safety System Upgrades is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and execution of multi-year, multi-million-dollar safety system modernization programs at operating nuclear power plants. This role ensures upgrades are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with NRC regulations, plant licensing bases, and industry best practices. What You'll Do Day-To-Day The Principal Program Manager provides senior level management across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, outage integration, quality assurance, cybersecurity, and operations to modernize safety-related systems such as reactor protection systems, engineered safety features, I&C, electrical systems, and supporting infrastructure.
Provides project leadership for major commercial design, construction, expansion, extension, renovation, supply or component replacement projects.
