What to Expect
As part of the Workplace team, the Sr. Transportation Program Manager will develop, manage, market, provide strategic direction, and oversight of shuttle and parking programs. The Sr. Transportation Program Manager will join the dynamic Workplace team and support environmental sustainability initiatives by expanding the alternate mode use through outreach, education, and continued growth of transportation programs. What You'll Do
- Oversee portfolio of employee shuttle, vanpool, carpool and parking programs
- Promote participation in commuter programs through communications messaging and incentive systems with the goal of decreasing parking demand and roadway congestion
- Manage a team of professional and hourly staff, ensuring superb internal customer relations regarding program questions and feedback
- Oversee communication of system and service changes to all stakeholders through communication channels, including basic graphics layout, e.g., email, newsletter, intranet/app, signage
- Recommend and support development of internal transportation policies, procedures, and programs
- Develop and manage budgets and cost management; oversee payment of vendors and develop vendor performance metrics and analysis
- Manage vendors, internal staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent service delivery and cost efficiency
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in parking and/or shuttle program management or related corporate employee services program
- Knowledge of the regional transportation network, agencies and policies and prior experience in transportation planning
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service and engagement of multiple stakeholders to lead cross functional projects
- Strong strategic thinker with leadership skills
