Job Description
The UMKC School of Dentistry is seeking a customer-service oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our collaborative academic community as a Senior Office Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting faculty and students while working at the intersection of technology, communication, and design. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for technical and administrative support, particularly for online assessments and instructional technologies. You'll also play an important role in campus-wide communications, digital content creation, and end-user training. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), benefit-eligible, staff position. As an hourly position, this role is eligible for Over-Time and/or Compensatory Time. Typical on-site office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some evenings and weekends may be required as-needed for special events. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
$18.00 - $23.75 an hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. Application Materials
