As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol Driver in Minneapolis, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Professional in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will support a positive workplace atmosphere. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
