Job Description




As a Security Officer - DoD Clearance Dispatch in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch post for the location, following established protocols and site-specific policies.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary according to procedures.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities, including incident reports and communication logs.
  • Collaborate with onsite personnel and Allied Universal management to relay critical information and support security-related operations.
  • Assist in the coordination of emergency response activities, including contacting appropriate personnel and agencies as directed.
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and supporting security-related needs.
  • Support the maintenance of a secure environment by helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through regular monitoring and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
