As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with clients and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related risks.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or customers while maintaining a strong security-related presence.
• Follow all applicable legal requirements and company policies regarding the carrying and use of firearms while on duty.
• Participate in site-specific training and maintain required certifications for armed patrol duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
