RN Nurse Manager - Philadelphia, PA

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active RN license in PA.
• Two years of nursing experience required.
• One year of experience in a mental health setting with adults required.
• Experience with Clozapine REMs and Clozapine protocol preferred.

• Oversight and management of Clozapine Support Services offered at both clinic locations
• 1x per month clinic that includes administration of medications
• Entry of lab work into PA REMS (Riske Evaluation and Mitigation System)
• Follow up with clients, pharmacy and prescribers as needed
• Administration of Long Acting Injectables as prescribed
• Collaboration with prescribers for completion of Prior Authorizations and other medication needs
• Management of nursing offices including samples, medications and supplies.
• Overall support of client needs in relation to psychiatric medication support
• Position requires RN Manager to oversee two locations (2 days in 19154 and 3 days in 19119 each week)
