The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Process and Data Analytics Developer serves as an integral member of the Business Owning team supporting Stellantis North America Product Development and Technology Engineering. This position is responsible for overseeing process and data analytics activities associated with PLM, which include management of part creation, design, development, release, and readiness; preparation and release of bills of materials; administration of product and process design modifications; coordination of cost-related matters; and implementation of changes within manufacturing facilities.

The specialist must develop comprehensive knowledge of the data table architecture underlying Engineering PLM systems and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams-including Project Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Release, Manufacturing, and Aftersales-to understand the specific Stellantis PLM data tables required for effective Power BI report generation.

The PLM Engineering Business team is responsible for overseeing engineering part data, bill of material records, and documentation related to change management. The team collaborates closely with Information Communications Technology (ICT) Engineering developers to address system issues, facilitate upgrades, and implement enhancements. Key duties of the PLM Process and Data Analytics Developer include designing and executing new processes, as well as reviewing and updating procedures, guidelines, and training materials in response to system improvements and upgrades.

As a subject matter expert on Stellantis North America Engineering Systems, the PLM Process and Data Analytics Developer delivers technical support for complex operational challenges and demonstrates strong communication and leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities encompass:



  • Analyzing data tables to develop Power BI reports
  • Authoring procedure manuals for Collaboration System and updating BOM and Change management documentation
  • Establishing new engineering processes
  • Validating existing processes, guidelines, and training resources within SharePoint
  • Maintaining training documents related to North America Engineering Process, Methods, and Tools
  • Resolving operational issues
  • Conducting training for global users on Stellantis PLM procedures, methods, and systems
  • Enhancing systems through benchmarking and evaluation of current practices
  • Collaborating closely with industrial departments and ICT partners to achieve project objectives
  • Participating in requirements gathering sessions, documenting needs, and supporting development efforts in partnership with ICT stakeholders
  • Supervising and testing IT solutions prior to deployment to ensure requirements are met
  • Supporting project communications


An ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about innovation, comfortable working internationally, skilled in writing business and system requirements, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor of Science or Technology degree (preferred in Engineering, Computer Science or related)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering or Information Communication Technology
  • Experience writing SQL code to import data, connect multiple data tables and create reports using Power BI
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to all levels of management
  • Ability to productively manage change
  • Process Flow Chart, RASIC, SIPOC and Process Documentation creation
  • Tool Experience (such as): MS 365/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Qlik Suite, etc.
  • Engineering Process Experience (such as): Bill of Materials or Engineering Change Management
  • Clear, concise, accurate communication skills both verbal and written in the English language
  • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of Management
  • Ability to lead peers and suppliers to achieve goals.
  • Must work during USA Eastern Standard and Daylight Savings Time business hours
  • Good internet and phone services to effectively work remotely from home or office location


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Aptitude for understanding IT system design, data structures, and data security
  • Understanding or experience using Dassault 3DExperience
  • Understanding or experience using Siemens Teamcenter X
