What You'll Bring To The Table

• 3+ years of experience operating MIG/TIG welding and brazing equipment
• Able to lift50 pounds and perform physically active work
• Strong understanding of schematics, BOMs, and measuring tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital production reporting (Oracle preferred)
• Certified vision acuity and the ability to pass welding qualification tests
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently
• Strong math skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
• Knowledge of inventory systems and production workflow
• Commitment to continuous improvement and workplace collaboration

A Day On The Job

• Operate manual and automatic MIG and TIG welding equipment
• Use induction brazing, plasma cutting, acetylene torch, and sandblasting tools
• Perform setups, first article layouts, and production based on specs, blueprints, and work instructions
• Execute and document quality inspections and material traceability requirements
• Utilize ERP systems (Oracle preferred) for work order and inventory tasks
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces with daily equipment checklists
• Support Lean manufacturing efforts and continuous improvement initiatives
• Report and respond to safety concerns immediately
• Follow all company and OSHA safety policies, including required PPE use
