Job SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has both administrative and strategic responsibilities, serving as an advisor and partner in the assigned market as part of a matrix team, implementing and administering Human Resources programs or policies for In-Venue team members. This role balances business objectives with people strategies, ensuring alignment between Operations, Customer Experience, Talent Acquisition, Training, FP&A, Transitions and Specialty Services (Networking and Rigging). The HRBP will report to and collaborate with the wider Human Resources organization to ensure consistency across the enterprise by leading critical functions such as onboarding, compliance, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, Compensation and Benefits for the assigned market. Essential Functions
Will provide leadership and mentorship to personnel in accordance with company policies and applicable federal and state laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; Planning, assigning, coaching, mentoring, directing work; Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
