Job Description

What You'll Do (We'll Train You)

  • Learn to work from drawings and written work instructions, with step-by-step guidance and support from experienced teammates.

  • Assist with machine set-ups and operating conditions, learning how equipment works and when to ask for help-we encourage questions.

  • Help maintain quality and productivity standards, making simple adjustments as you build confidence and skills.

  • Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (such as micrometers and verniers) and visual checks-training is provided.

  • Perform visual inspections to check part and weld quality, and learn when additional inspection is needed.

  • Learn how we use quality tools and data (including SPC) to prevent issues and continuously improve our processes.

  • Use basic computer systems to record work and labor time, with hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

This may be the right role for you if:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent GED

  • Youwant steady, hands-on work and are eager to learn

  • You have a mechanical mindset and enjoy working with your hands

  • You have a knack for paying attention to details

  • You have prior manufacturing, mechanical, assembly, automotive, or technical experience (helpful, but not required)

Hourly Rate Range: $ 22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications 20% differential for 3rd shift.
