How you can make a difference We are seeking a high-performing, strategically minded Strategic Partnerships Sr. Executive to lead and expand relationships with some of the most influential health plans and benefit administrators in the country. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth, retention, product innovation, and partner satisfaction by engaging senior leaders, navigating complex healthcare ecosystems, and influencing strategic initiatives both externally and internally. You will serve as the executive face of HealthEquity within assigned partnerships and have sole responsibility for driving high-impact enterprise sales, launching new products, and unlocking adoption across massive member populations. Success in this role is measured not only by sales quota attainment, but by your ability to architect and execute long-term partnership strategies that create tangible, measurable value. Salary Range $105000.00 To $130000.00 / year Benefits & Perks The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position is also eligible for additional sales incentive commissions, and details regarding these additional sales incentive commissions will be provided after hire.
