CareDx is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Medical Affairs Training and Development to support the growing needs of the Field Medical Affairs team. This role will report to the Head of Training & Development and collaborate closely with the VP, Field Medical Affairs to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance the capabilities of our Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs). This includes identifying evaluating launch readiness activities and developing the strategic training plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, proven experience in training development and facilitation, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
