About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Remarketing Title Coordinator. In this role, you will facilitate, track, and maintain an accurate title inventory for vehicles being sold at auction. You will resolve title issues that arise and follow up on title status to ensure timely vehicle sales. As the Remarketing Title Coordinator, you will work with internal teams and external Remarketing suppliers to implement resolutions, identify process defects, and recommend corrections in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and administer the title aged inventory queue to ensure each title request is addressed promptly to enable vehicle sale at auctions.
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions for expedient resolution of difficult title issues when auctions or title sales require assistance.
  • Follow up on sale defects including title resolution, electronic title records, incorrect VIN numbers, mileage errors, and lienholder issues.
  • Communicate and meet with external stakeholders including Tag Agents and Auctions to correct title defects and ensure quick sales.
  • Manage CARFAX and AutoCheck vehicle history events including reconciliation and approval of monthly invoices and providing system access.
  • Promptly and accurately respond to and resolve Service Cloud cases and emails related to aged titles.
  • Review and facilitate action items on exception reports for title issues and bring each case to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Collateral Services and Remarketing Managers to resolve title issues and ensure alignment on next steps.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school graduate required.
  • 3-5 years of business or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open to learning a variety of internal systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Please note that this position is onsite 4 - 5 days a week depending on business need

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle ownership documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex title issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and timely approach to work execution.

Location

Owings Mills, MD.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $49,100 to $67,500 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
