Summary:

Primary responsibility will be providing patient care to the patients of the Emergency Departments.

Job Description:

What We're Seeking:

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
  • May also be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with 2000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience/training
  • Outstanding patient care qualities, highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
  • Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico

Practice Highlights:

  • Critical Access Hospital
  • 12 hour shifts
  • 30-35 patients per day with APP Support
  • Acuity levels- all medicine, limited trauma
  • Ortho, hospitalists admit, family medicine for pediatrics
  • CMS 5 Star Hospital

Additional Job Description:

M.D./D.O. in Emergency Medicine. New Mexico State M.D. License required. Three to five years experience in emergency care and/or residency trained in emergency medicine to care for patients of all ages, newborn to geriatrics.
