Responsibilities:

Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervisor - Sterile Processing to join our leadership team!

The person in this position will supervise the daily activities of the Sterile Processing Department. Implements and monitors ongoing quality improvement indicators. Assures ongoing educational activities and competencies of departmental staff. Daily budget oversight for labor and supplies

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Associate Degree in Business, Healthcare or related applicable field of study preferred. 3 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • National certification in sterile processing required.
  • Sterile Processing Leadership Certification (Certified Sterile Processing Management (CSPM) preferred.
  • One to three years practical experience in sterile processing techniques required.
  • One to two years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid New Mexico drivers license.
