We're looking for a dynamic leader to guide a team of Quality Technicians in supporting daily production and driving impactful quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you'll also serve as a Quality Engineer, developing and implementing long-term strategies to improve quality across our organization and supply chain. You'll mentor and develop team members, manage projects, and ensure operational practices align with our commitment to product excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

How You Contribute:

Quality Leader Responsibilities:



  • Lead, mentor, and develop Quality team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain an organizational quality strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and annual KPI goals.
  • Participate in developing annual plans and budgets for quality initiatives; manage progress against these plans throughout the year.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality by engaging and recognizing employees at all levels and lead change management efforts to drive adoption of quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute quality improvement projects, including managing and allocating resources to maximize organizational impact.
  • Establish a pipeline of internal and supplier quality improvement projects that supports our annual KPI goals.


Quality Engineering Responsibilities:



  • Support daily production by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for internal and supplier quality issues.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain product specific quality assurance document for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with design, product engineering, supply chain, and other teams to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and compliance of our products with quality standards.
  • Identify and manage quality assurance projects; regularly communicate project status throughout the organization to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Perform regular quality audits of existing and new suppliers to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Collect and analyze failure data to identify trends and collaborate across departments to drive process improvements
  • Monitor warranty claims, assess critical cases, and coordinate resolutions with customer service and support teams.
  • Perform other projects and responsibilities as necessary to support quality assurance, product development, and manufacturing operations.


Criteria forSuccess:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent training/experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in quality assurance initiatives with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Quality management systems.
    • ISO9001 standards.


  • Quality methodologies.
  • Proficiency in QA tools:

    • Root cause analysis, control plans, FMEA, FAI.


  • Working knowledge of:

    • ERP/MES systems, CMM inspection, CAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
    • Common engineering tools and processes.


  • Experience in metal fabrication and familiarity with materials such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and plastics.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
