The RoleThis internship sits on the business side of product development within USTA Community Tennis. Over the course of the program, you will learn how core products, including Leagues, Tournaments, Ratings, and Rankings, are designed, managed, and evolved from a digital and operational perspective. You will help define and implement strategies that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth across the tennis ecosystem. You will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, product strategy, user insights, digital platforms, and operational planning as you support several high-impact initiatives. USTA Flex Outreach & Onboarding
    Develop and implement outreach strategies targeting new players and facilities
  • Create engaging digital content to promote Tennis on USTA Flex
  • Streamline onboarding processes for new players and facilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns
Electronic Line Calling (ELC) Logistics Tracking
  • Assist with logistics and coordination of ELC equipment and staffing
  • Track and analyze usage and performance data
  • Work with tournament directors and officials to support seamless ELC integration
SmartAccess / Serve Tennis Module Analysis
  • Analyze data related to SmartAccess and Serve Tennis modules (Court Booking, Programming, High School)
  • Support long-term financial modeling and adoption forecasting for SmartAccess
  • Identify user trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve platform engagement
Program details:
  • 8-week program from June 9 through August 11
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET
  • Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Orlando office.
  • Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Who You Are
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new platforms, programs, and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear, friendly communicator with strong written and verbal abilities
  • Curious, analytical, and excited to contribute to digital product growth
