Nursing Imaging Services Director Radiology - Central Administration Full Time 87186BR Job Summary The Nursing Imaging Director provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for all nursing functions across Diagnostic Imaging, Interventional Radiology, and associated ambulatory and inpatient radiology services across all business units. This leader is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and operational excellence within a complex, high-acuity, multi-modality environment. The Director partners closely with physician leadership, technologists, administrative leaders, and system partners to advance performance, improve throughput, optimize staffing models, and support continuous growth of radiology operations

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $262,044 - $278,059 (Annual Rate). Annual bonus target = 7.5%, maximum 10% To learn more about the benefits of working at UCSF, including total compensation, please visit: https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/compensation-and-benefits/index.html Department Description The Department of Radiology & Biomedical Imaging provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, x-ray, bone densitometry, PET/molecular imaging and molecular therapy, and body and neuro interventional procedures. These services are offered at 15 sites throughout San Francisco including the hospitals and operating rooms at Parnassus Heights, Mission Bay, and Mt. Zion as well as free-standing clinics. Last year the Department of Radiology saw 452,000 patients. Required Qualifications
