Requisition ID# 168981 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Electric Operations Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Fresno Position Summary The Manager ofProject Controls will lead a team responsible for managing project controls for Electric Distribution, Transmission and/or Substation Projects for the Electric Operations Portfolio Delivery team. This leader will manage a diverse team of Supervisors and Project Controls Analysts across the PG&E service territory in the cost, schedule and scope management in support of the larger EO Portfolio Delivery team and EO Projects and Construction organization, and ensure the team adheres and aligns to Project Management best practices and standards of work. The leader must be forward thinking, able to manage change effectively given the task of unifying multiple functional areas toward a standard of work, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with numerous stakeholders across PG&E to drive progress and continue the development of waste elimination and process improvement initiatives. The Manager will be required to regularly present PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
