Description and Requirements

Lenovo's North America Marketing team is seeking a commercial Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG). This role will develop, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs that generate leads and help accelerate pipeline aligned to NA Commercial segment business priorities. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and is passionate about building programs that influence the buyer journey and drive measurable impact.

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with WW IDG marketing stakeholders, NA segment marketing managers, sales and cross-business group teams to ensure cohesive, One Lenovo activations. This leader will also manage and inspire a high-performing team, fostering growth, innovation, and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute audience-first demand generation programs aligned to NA IDG Commercial business group and segment priorities.
  • Build net-new programs and integrated campaigns tailored for the NA region to drive adoption, engagement, and conversion for Lenovo IDG solutions.
  • Optimize programs through data-driven insights, testing frameworks, and continuous refinement to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • WW & Geo Alignment

  • Partner with WW IDG marketing teams to ensure North America priorities are reflected in global programs.
  • Localize, deploy, and optimize WW assets and campaigns for NA audiences, ensuring strategic fit and effective in-market execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with segment marketing managers, product marketing, sales, digital teams, events, and agency partners to build integrated, audience-centric activation plans.
  • Work across BGs to deploy One Lenovo campaigns and messaging, ensuring consistency and amplification in-market.
  • Support cross-team alignment to ensure programs meet business requirements and contribute to shared KPIs.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Set clear priorities, provide strategic guidance, and empower team members to deliver high-quality work aligned to business goals.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage budgets (Net + Alliance), program timelines, and agency relationships to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Communicate program performance and insights regularly to marketing and business stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign development-preferably within technology or commercial segments.
  • Proven success developing multi-channel marketing strategies that generate leads, accelerate pipeline, and influence conversion.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across global, regional, and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing talent.
  • Strong understanding of buyer journey mapping and audience-first messaging approaches.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PC, hardware, software, or IT solutions marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience integrating campaigns across multiple business groups or product lines.
