Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

The Solution Delivery team is responsible for coordinating client implementations and training for various cash management solutions that SVB provides. We have an exciting opportunity for an Advisor on the Solution Delivery team as a client-facing trainer.

The Solution Delivery Advisor will train clients on how to utilize Treasury Management solutions for several US products. They will shape the client experience while working closely with internal SVB stakeholders and external SVB Third Party Vendors in delivering service excellence to the diverse SVB client base. The Advisor will ensure adherence to compliance processes and procedures to mitigate reputation or financial risk for the bank, and identify opportunities to improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

* Train client users to ensure users understand how to properly use newly implemented solutions.
* Manage and coordinate all training activities with clients and appropriate internal bank teams to support smooth, accurate and timely trainings.
* Conduct quality checks and identify any implementation errors before training.
* Troubleshoot/resolve any issues identified during training and the post-training warranty period.
* Lead or assist with process enhancement/change initiatives.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Financial Services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 5 years of expereince OR High School Diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in Financial Services.

Attention to detail, Treasury product knowledge, Implementation methodologies, Client training and education, Technical troubleshooting, Strong understanding of treasury operations and payment systems implementation processes, Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting treasury and payment implementations

The base pay for this position is generally between $87,000.00 and $147,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
