What You'll Do Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts to define, design, and deliver features that improve the T-Mobile App experience. Support the product development lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and SharePoint. Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools that help automate product management workflows-such as research synthesis, data analysis, backlog grooming, or content creation. Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities and pain points within the customer journey. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and learn how cross-functional teams build and ship digital experiences at scale. Analyze feature adoption, usage data, and feedback to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to help prioritize backlogs and contribute to the roadmap planning process. Key Responsibilities Support Digital Product Development: Assist in defining requirements, writing user stories, and managing workflows in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and SharePoint. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality in-app experiences across onboarding, account management, perks, and benefits. Incorporate AI Tools in PM Workflows: Explore and utilize AI-powered tools to enhance product management efficiency-such as automating research, data analysis, or backlog organization. Conduct Research and Analysis: Gather customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities that improve the T-Mobile app experience. Contribute to Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies and help track progress, analyze performance data, and provide input into product roadmap discussions. What it Takes Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, or a related field. A passion for digital innovation, mobile apps, and delivering seamless customer experiences. Foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, SharePoint, Figma, or similar platforms. Interest in the role of AI and automation in enhancing productivity, decision-making, and customer experience design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset-ready to learn from experts and contribute ideas that make an impact.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
