About the Role

We are seeking a Production Operator II to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Production Operator II, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting production equipment to ensure food meets Aspire Bakeries' quality specifications. You will maintain equipment settings, ensure supplies are stocked, complete accurate documentation, and uphold safety, hygiene, and GMP standards throughout the production process.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd
• Hours: 2PM - 10:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate and adjust production equipment to meet product and quality specifications
• Maintain proper equipment settings and ensure required supplies are available
• Complete accurate production and equipment documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMPs and safety rules
• Identify, report, and help address foodsafety, quality, production, maintenance, and hygiene issues
• Follow production schedules, running orders, and recipe requirements
• Contribute to efficient production flow and support additional duties as required

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Strong equipment operation, product knowledge, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequent line changes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a highfunctioning team
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs, bending, twisting, standing for long periods)

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Computer skills
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with GMPs and foodsafety procedures
• Ability to learn and operate multiple types of production equipment
