What to Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join Tesla's team. In this role, you will own and optimize remote service activities across all charging products. You will maintain high standards for process enhancements, prioritize activities to align with organizational goals, and drive efficiencies in remote service offerings. Acting as a key liaison between operations teams and cross-functional partners, you will ensure successful change management and support Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, facilitating issue resolution and process improvements with teams such as service engineering, project engineering, and product management
- Develop and maintain high standards for remote service processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Establish methods for prioritizing remote service activities based on organizational objectives, balancing fleet-wide needs with daily operations
- Drive high-impact goals in remote service delivery, improving overall efficiency of remote support workflows while supporting high growth rates of the operating fleet
- Improve key performance metrics through process optimization, elimination of redundancies, or identification of new opportunities for remote services
- Clean and manage the backlog of invalid open activities, evaluating their relevance and processing them to maintain operational efficiency
What You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree in an Electrical Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field, with a focus on process optimization and remote service activities in a technical environment
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve program goals
- Experience with remotely monitoring and troubleshooting complex technical systems
- Experience providing deliverables in a regulatory or critical infrastructure environment
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database systems, structures, and end-user reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex information and make data-driven decisions

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
