We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow our Technical Pre-Sales Excellence & Development team. This role drives our TPS Academy programs, talent development, role readiness and technical excellence to empower our Technical Pre-Sales organization. You will lead initiatives that shape the future of technical pre-sales, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates, fostering growth and engagement.
  • Design and implement role readiness & technical excellence programs for technical pre-sales excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally to build effective programs and facilitate field support.
  • Oversee university recruiting, internship programs, and early-career talent development.
  • Manage operational processes including pipeline tracking, reporting, and resource planning.
  • Champion Adobe's core values in all aspects of leadership and team development.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in people management, leadership, and mentorship.
  • Proven experience in a Technical Pre-sales role for 8+ years.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical approach with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for talent development and building impactful teams.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $188,700 -- $324,350 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
