Description Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team in Etna, Ohio. This role is critical to maintaining the operational integrity, security, and efficiency of our data center environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data center operations, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting. In-depth knowledge of SiteScan and other datacenter operations tools Strong understanding of data center infrastructure. Hands-on experience with server and store hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of power and cooling systems, hot/cold aisle containment, and redundancy planning. Familiarity with network protocols and hardware (switches, routers). Proficiency with monitoring and management tools for data center operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and in a team. Availability for on-call and occasional weekend work. Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+ or equivalent. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms. Knowledge of data center best practices and industry standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE). Nice to have: Background in retail IT environments. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Etna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $40.86/hr.
