Join our team in Vail, CO, where you'll manage a talented team in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. * We offer relocation assistance and employee housing support to make your transition seamless.* About the Role As our Patient Access Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access team, ensuring smooth, accurate, and compassionate service at every point of entry. You'll lead with empathy, train with purpose, and collaborate across departments to drive excellence in patient experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Manage monthly staffing schedules and ensure full shift coverage * Approve bi-weekly timekeeping and support employee relations * Provide training and education to ensure team competency and service excellence * Conduct weekly audits and share insights with staff and leadership * Serve as a super-user for Cerner, Oracle, EMR/EHR systems * Step in to perform Patient Access Representative duties as needed * Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate registration and charge entry * Promote a positive patient experience and uphold core principles What You Bring * Strong supervisory and leadership communication skills - Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, etc.) * Experience with Cerner, Oracle, EMR, and EHR systems * Knowledge of billing processes and managed care contracts * A passion for customer service and continuous improvement * HIPAA compliance awareness and a commitment to patient privacy * Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Patient Access role Why Vail? * Live and work in one of the most scenic mountain towns in the U.S. * Enjoy year-round outdoor recreation-from skiing and snowboarding to hiking and biking * Thrive in a community that values wellness, balance, and connection * Work in a modern, state-of-the-art facility that supports innovation and excellence * Relocation assistance and employee housing support available-because we want you to feel at home from day one.* Perks & Benefits * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits * Professional development and growth opportunities * Supportive, mission-driven team culture * Work-life balance in a breathtaking setting Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vail, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.12 - $34.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
