*Job Description* * Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership * Learn and apply real-world sales tactics through hands-on coaching * Engage with warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources * Master our CRM and loan origination systems * Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners * Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives * Work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results *Main Position Details:* *Start:* 1/05/2026 *Pay:* $30,576 + Uncapped Commission *Schedule:* Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Overtime available. *Location: *Scottsdale, AZ *Qualifications:* * No mortgage experience required-we'll train you * Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience * Outgoing, competitive, enthusiastic and naturally good with people * Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person) * Motivated by money, growth, and performance * Thrives in high-expectation, fast-paced environments * Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems * Organized, proactive, and hungry to win #priorityeast *Job Type & Location* This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00/yr.
