We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is key to creating a positive first impression for customers, visitors, and business partners while ensuring the front office runs smoothly. What You'll Do * Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally * Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly * Manage visitor check-ins and maintain security protocols * Monitor the front entrance and assist guests when the doorbell rings * Keep the reception and stock room organized and tidy * Provide general administrative support and assist with office tasks * Maintain a clean, inviting reception area What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude and professional demeanor * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus Skills Administration \| Customer Service \| Office Support \| Microsoft Office Suite Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
