In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:

  • Establish WBS and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.

  • Develop and maintain project resource loaded workplan.

  • Coordinate with necessary team members.

  • Develop and monitor project metrics.

  • Participate in project coordination meetings.

  • Conduct project site visits if applicable.

  • Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews.

  • Develop cost estimates.

  • Perform other duties as needed.

  • Work from project co-location spaces as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.

  • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules.

  • Previous experience working on healthcare projects.

Experience with Lean Construction and Lean Principals including the Last Planner System

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • Interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks
    • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
