Your Job

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong sales and customer-focused mindset to join our GPXpress Market Sales Support team. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a passion for collaboration and operational excellence, and is committed to developing talent and driving continuous improvement. You will oversee and develop a team that plays a critical role in delivering solutions to enable our sellers to succeed, while ensuring roles and responsibilities evolve to meet changing business needs.

Our Team

The GPXpress team is a sales support team that assists distribution partners and sales employees through the utilization of online tools. We're a highly collaborative group that works together to enhance sales and provide superior customer satisfaction.

This team offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule where you will work 2 days remotely and 3 days in the Atlanta and/or Green Bay office (subject to change based on business need). There will be exciting opportunities to travel to other locations to provide onsite support (about 10%-20% travel). Compensation in this position will be commensurate with experience.

What You Will Do

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and value creation by demonstrating our company's values and guiding principles.
  • Champion change management and transformation at both the individual and team level, supporting each employee's growth and maximizing their comparative advantage.
  • Promote the adoption of technology, process improvement, and transformation to optimize the team's value creation.
  • Partner with sales leadership and other capability partners to ensure the Market Team is effectively leveraged to meet overall objectives.
  • Lead and develop the team through individualized coaching, ongoing feedback, and the use of both qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
  • Regularly reassess team roles and responsibilities to ensure each member is in the right role to maximize their strengths and contributions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of experience in business-to-business transactions
  • Experience mentoring and coaching employees with a personalized approach
  • Experience using a CRM software program or an ERP system
  • Willing to travel up to 10% - 20%

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in or leading Sales or Sales Support roles
  • Supervisory experience
