*What You'll Do:* * Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business goals. * Oversee engineering, infrastructure, and cloud transformation. * Foster a high-performing, collaborative tech team. * Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence. *What We're Looking For:* * 10+ years in senior tech leadership (CTO/VP Engineering preferred). * SaaS experience and cloud-native modernization expertise. * Strong technical background and strategic mindset. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. *Location:* Appleton, WI preferred (relocation available). Hybrid/remote options for top candidates. *Job Type & Location* This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $225000.00 - $250000.00/yr.
