My customer is seeking a seasoned enterprise applications PM/CM with extensive financial services/banking industry experience to support an array of small and mid-sized project workstreams. The qualified individual will have extensive Agile and Waterfall project governance tenure and s/he should possess extensive Jira experience. Blended applications and infrastructure project tenure ideal for consideration. This is hybrid on-site here in Charlotte - local candidates will be afforded primary consideration. We are only able to work direct W2 with this customer - no C2C, sub vendor or transfer candidates will be reviewed. Required Skills: * Strong Project Management skills with ability to lead a team and drive to results * Strong Change Management tenure * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong project financial management/budgeting skills * Manage all aspects of project sizing, tracking, governance * Develop project plans and hosts retrospectives * Solid presentation skill - interact and present to executives * Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient * 8+ years of end to end project management experience * Agile Scrum master or RTE Desired Skills: * Bachelor's degree * PMP Certification a plus * Familiarity with SAFe 4.0 (or higher) * Experience with Digital, Audit, Commercial Banking, Wholesale/investments, etc. a plus Top Skills Details * Change management * Project/Program management * Agile * Stakeholder management * SDLC/enterprise applications * Infrastructure a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
