Job Description

About the role

We are seeking a transformative commercial leader for a pivotal role at the heart of our global enterprise business. Focused on steering the commercial strategy for our most valuable client portfolio-a book of business representing our top global e-commerce merchants. Your core mission will be to defend this critical revenue base against intense competitive pressure while simultaneously architecting new pathways for significant growth.

Success in this role requires not only commercial acumen but also a builder's mentality. You will be instrumental in defining the future of our top-tier relationship management organization and acting as the definitive voice for our most strategic clients, influencing our product and technology roadmaps to ensure we can win.

What you will be doing:

* Develop and implement multi-year strategies for each account, focused on deepening our partnership, defending against competitive threats, and identifying significant new revenue streams.

* Cultivate and maintain deep, trust-based relationships at the executive/c-suite level, serving as the ultimate point of accountability and strategic counsel for your clients.

* Take full ownership of the portfolio's financial performance by partnering with Relationship Managers (RMs) and cross-sale teams to build and execute a robust pipeline of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, delivering on ambitious growth targets.

* Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to a team of senior RMs, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and proactive growth.

* Partner with senior leadership to define what a top-tier RM leadership team looks like at Worldpay and play a key role in designing and implementing the future structure and "one way of working" for our most strategic teams.

* Serve as a critical conduit between our most demanding clients and our internal Product, Technology, and Delivery organizations, translating client needs into actionable insights to influence product roadmaps and ensure our solutions meet super-enterprise requirements.

* Lead complex commercial negotiations and internal delivery processes, coordinating across a matrixed environment to ensure we deliver on our promises.

What you bring:

* 12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, enterprise software (SaaS), or emerging technology commercialization, with deep knowledge of the enterprise e-commerce and AI ecosystem.

*Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of complex, global accounts with multi-million dollar revenue responsibility. You have a history of not just retaining, but significantly growing, a mature book of business.

*You have thrived in large-scale environments and are skilled at navigating internal complexity, managing stakeholders, and influencing across functional lines to get things done. Experience working with both modern and legacy technology stacks is a significant advantage.

*You possess outstanding communication and presentation skills and are adept at building credibility and trust with senior executives at the world's leading brands.

*You are a strategic thinker who can analyze the competitive landscape, identify opportunities and risks, and craft sophisticated, multi-year commercial strategies. You are an expert negotiator.

*A proven leader who can develop and motivate a team of senior, experienced professionals. You lead by example and are passionate about building and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

*You are not deterred by complexity or ambiguity. You see challenges as opportunities and have a relentless drive to find solutions and deliver results for your clients and your company.
