The OpportunityLead program manager for a team managing key initiatives across Adobe Customer Solutions and Digital Experience businesses in the post-sales, value delivery environment. Collaborates with a diverse team to develop programs supporting customer solutions. This role requires strategic and tactical approaches to drive programmatic rigor across our organization. This program manager must demonstrate standard Program Management methodology, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency. What you'll DoDrive standardized program management processes for the team, while managing a large portfolio of critical initiatives. Develop and drive innovative work management and reporting processes to enhance team efficiency, transparency, and progress. Bring program management rigor and strive for continuous improvement to our program management approach. Partner with strategy, operations, and senior field leaders to help build and implement strategic program plans mapped to the organization's go-to-market strategy. Lead critical cross-functional meetings to align the team, driving agenda and action items, and ensuring relevant insights are widely shared to ensure delivery. Act as a primary source of information for the "when" and "how" of the critical initiatives in the portfolio and the overall portfolio itself. Work with the team to prepare regular executive-facing readouts of program performance and risks. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,900.00 - $178,700.00 USD annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In Adobe, sales roles list total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) for starting salaries. Non-sales roles list base salary for starting salaries and use the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for short-term incentives.
