Review more information at BNL | Benefits Program In this position, you will lead research a project investigating millimeter-wave superconducting quantum devices using transition metal silicide materials, under the supervision of BNL scientists Mingzhao Liu and Charles Black. In this position, you will set up microwave (radio frequency and millimeter-wave) measurement apparatus to characterize the superconducting quantum devices at low temperatures. Your project will involve fundamental materials science and device physics investigations for applications in superconducting qubits. In this work, you will also collaborate with staff at NY Creates Albany NanoTech Complex, where devices will be fabricated at 300mm-wafer scale. This is a termed Research Staff (RS 2) appointment, for a duration of 2 years, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
