As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while responding to security-related needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address client needs and maintain a professional presence on site.
• Assist with emergency response activities, following established procedures and protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
