Sales Supp. Specialist-Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power in Xiamen.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• In accordance with ABB's order entry principles, be responsible for timely SO releasing in SAP system; track the execution status of specific projects; Follow ABB's revenue recognition principles, confirm sales revenue timely in the SAP system, and perform orders to payment (O2C) internal control process, prepare month end closing Order, Revenue and OBL reports.
• Prepare customs declaration invoices for export projects, collaborate with company Customs declaration function to prepare declaration documents; Issue tax invoices timely, collaborate with Tax function for internal/external inspection documents preparation.
• Track the progress of customer payment, obtain the required payment documents and lead communication and cooperation to ensure timely recovery of the payments and avoid overdue payments.
• Annual/Quarterly internal customers Transfer Price(TP) review preparation and system input; Daily/Case by case TP or discount maintain to support customer's temporary requirement or support projects. Project discount implementation status follow up.
• Annual sales contract review and sign-off; Daily procurement contract review, and support for the commercial bid opening of procurement contracts.
• Continue improvement in daily work by using digital tool, such as power BI dashboard development to support Order, Revenue daily tracking. Projects implementation such as PriceIT for export TP/discount application; new order type testing to support daily operation etc.
• Other task assigned by line manager

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems and MS operation, Power BI experience or other digital application experience is preferred.
• Good communication skill and fluent in speaking and writing English
• Positive and proactive working attitude, strong ability to handle pressure, and quick learning ability
• Teamwork spirit, open mindedness and adapt to change
