Our Company PharMerica Overview The Medication Safety and Quality Improvement Pharmacist serves as a key contributor in advancing medication-use safety and quality outcomes across the pharmacy network. This role focuses on analyzing quality occurrences, supporting error prevention strategies, and collaborating with pharmacy teams to promote best practices in patient safety and operational excellence. The individual in this role will work cross-functionally with leadership and frontline teams to identify risks, implement process improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy practice, medication safety, or quality improvement, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you hold a
CPPS or CPHQ certification - it's a great way to stand out!

Qualifications
**To perform this role will require frequently sitting, standing, walking, and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders).
