As the Coordinator of People & Culture, you will be providing support to the P & C Management for shaping the associate experience, fostering a positive workplace culture, and the overall success of each hotel, here is what you will be doing each day:

Respond to internal & external People & Culture related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

Maintain records of personal -related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, training, etc.) in both paper and UltiPro and ensure all employment requirements are met.

Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment offers, etc.

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda.

Coordinate training and info sessions.

Perform Orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.

Produce and submit reports on general People & Culture activity, including recruitment and development.

Assist with payroll inquiries and tasks.

Support other functions s assigned.
