What to Expect
As a Mobile Tire Service Supervisor at Tesla, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing our remote service team. Your responsibilities include leading a team of engaged technicians to deliver a superior service experience. Ideal candidates willexhibitboth efficiency and dedication to ensure excellent results and operational efficiency.

This role can sit out of any Service Center in Las Vegas or Arizona.


What You'll Do
  • Provide effective supervision, communication, and coaching to technical employees to meet quality and service output goals,maintaining accurateshop records and inventories
  • Act as the process leader for shop activities, defining and systematically improving work standards in collaboration with service technicians and the service center team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team of technicians by conducting regular one-on-one developmental meetings tofacilitateprofessional growth whilstmonitoringtraining needs and coordinating with the training team
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and key stakeholders toestablishtargets for quality, speed, and cost aligned with customer and business requirements
  • Ensure work standards and engineering procedures are up-to-date,accurate, and adhere to compliance for maximum quality
  • Monitor and enforce employee compliance with safety regulations and the service center's safety program, address technical and personnel issues, managing effective scheduling to meet service needs, and ensuring adherence to company policies for vacation and time off

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred; automotiveexpertisenotrequired
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity;Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
  • Foundational computer skills, experience with Microsoft Officerequired
  • Valid driver's licenserequired
