THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Spiro is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team to drive measurable exhibit leads and revenue through digital-first marketing execution. This role will bring channel expertise, knowledge of exhibitor audiences, and data-driven ideas to move prospects through the funnel. The focus is accelerating pipeline growth and revenue with targeted initiatives that support exhibitor acquisition, retention, and upsell.

Responsibilities



  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across global and regional programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Drive ownership of exhibit-related initiatives, including managing, executing, and optimizing current channels as well as suggesting new opportunities based on data and experience.
  • Develop and adapt marketing collateral-including case studies, blog posts, articles, email campaigns, and client communications-to support active campaigns and broader initiatives.
  • Oversee management of digital campaigns, such as website and paid channels including content posts, creative updates, format optimizations, and tracking of live campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative delivery, publishing, and optimization, ensuring deadlines and performance goals are met.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and initiatives, monitoring spend pacing, efficiency, and alignment with objectives.
  • Maintain accessible reporting for campaigns and initiatives, providing visibility into progress, performance, and next steps.
  • Analyze performance data (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to identify optimizations and inform future campaign strategies.
  • Ensure creative and messaging consistency across all channels, regions, and initiative types, in line with brand standards.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years in events, exhibitions, or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, programs, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Hands-on campaign management experience, ideally in both global and regional contexts.
  • Familiarity with key digital marketing platforms, including:

    • Posting/editing content on WordPress or similar CMS.
    • Managing Google Ads campaigns.
    • Using Google Analytics for performance monitoring and reporting.
    • Managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
    • Salesforce reporting experience is a bonus, as is familiarity with Marketo reporting and design studio.

  • By 30 days incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions independently
