About the Role

The Process Mapping & Integration Analyst plays a key role in supporting the integration of commercial operations ofacquired entities into Boston Scientific. This role will assist in documenting and analyzing commercial workflows, identifying process gaps, and coordinating integration activities that enable a seamless transition toward the six-month Order-to-Cash (OTC) target.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting end-to-end mapping of commercial processes across sales, marketing, training, pricing, and patient support
  • Creating clear, accurate process maps and documentation to capture current-state workflows and system dependencies
  • Coordinating meetings and workshops with cross-functional subject matter experts at Boston Scientific and acquired entities
  • Tracking and reporting process risks, issues, and dependencies to the Commercial Integration PMO
  • Maintaining organized documentation and dashboards that summarize mapping progress and integration readiness
  • Assisting in translating process findings into actionable insights and integration recommendations



Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or commercial operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (i.e.Teams, SharePoint)



Preferred qualifications:



  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
  • Effective organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and navigating ambiguity

Maximum Salary: $138300

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
