We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Product Manager Intern to join our dynamic Digital Commercial Solutions team. Location: Plymouth, MN in office 2-3 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2026

What you will do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into digital solutions
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, including research, requirements gathering, and launch communications
• Collaborate with digital teams to deliver solutions such as portals, web applications, SaaS products.
• Conduct discovery workshops and engage business partners to gather insights and improve product outcomes
• Leverage data and analytics tools to evaluate product performance
• Gain exposure to collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Miro, and Figma.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or related field
• Strong interest in both business processes and Digital applications
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical skills and exposure to data tools
• Experience or coursework with the software development life cycle
• Familiarity with Agile principles and product management concepts
• Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $24/hr - $29/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
