Practice Supervisor - Prepare Program Prepare Program Full Time 86929BR Job Summary Involves the administrative services and operations for health care clinics or centers, in accordance with federal, local, and internal standards, policies, and regulations. Typically includes operations, fiscal management, program planning, and / or external marketing activities. Management levels may include oversight of clinical patient care. (Note, when primary focus is patient care, see Ambulatory Patient Care Services job function.) The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $90,700 - $193,500 (Annual Rate). Our team provides comprehensive medical evaluations, risk stratification, and evidence-based perioperative planning to ensure safe, high-quality surgical care.The clinic works closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, primary care providers, and specialty services to coordinate testing, manage complex medical conditions, and educate patients about their upcoming procedure. PREPARE clinicians conduct detailed history and physical examinations, review medications, order and interpret pre-operative labs and studies, and create individualized perioperative plans tailored to each patient's risk profile.
