Equity Administration Specialist

As an Equity Administration Analyst, you will support the daily operations of our equity compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and deferred compensation plan. In addition to equity administration, you will leverage the use of A.I. to deliver functional and service excellence. You will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 remote from our Pittsburgh, PA office and report to the Head of Global Executive Compensation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Help administer global equity programs, including stock option grants, RSUs, TSRs and deferred compensation
• Maintain accurate records in equity management systems (e.g., Fidelity and WorkDay)
• Review and process equity transactions such as grants, exercises, releases, and terminations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards and vesting schedules
• Maintain and audit participant data in equity systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and distribute equity plan communications, including grant notices, enrollment programs and updates
• Assist with regulatory filings and disclosures, such as Form 4 and Proxy reporting
• Help with compensation committee materials related to equity grants
• Review plan documentation and help ensure consistency with company policies and legal requirements
• Support internal audits and SOX compliance related to equity compensation and financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Benefits, Legal, Tax, Finance and Accounting
• Ad-hoc analysis on long-term incentives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of corporate finance or equity administration experience, stock plan administration experience is ideal
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SEC regulations, IRC Section 409A, or ASC 718 a plus
